Service Policy
MAKEUP / HAIR SERVICE BOOKING AGREEMENT
This agreement is made between Michele Rose Beauty (hereinafter referred to as "Artist/Stylist") and the undersigned client for makeup and/or hair services on the date and location specified below.
BOOKING & DEPOSIT
To secure your appointment, a signed contract and a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer fee of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services on the appointment day. Appointments are not confirmed without both a signed agreement and deposit.
PAYMENT TERMS
Final payment may be made via E-Transfer or Credit Card (3% processing fee for Credit Cards). A 13% tax will be applied to the total service amount. Payment must be completed in full on the service date.
TRAVEL, PARKING & ACCOMMODATIONS – OUT OF STUDIO
A travel fee of $1.50 per km (round trip) will apply. The client is responsible for any public parking, valet fees or hotel accommodation expenses (if applicable).
SERVICE REQUIREMENTS – OUT OF STUDIO
The client is responsible for providing:

A clean, safe, and suitable workspace with a table, chair (preferably high chair/bar stool), good lighting (natural or artificial), and working electrical outlets.
LIABILITY
Clients are required to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions prior to service. Michele Rose Beauty will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or complications due to withheld information or product sensitivity. Sanitary practices are strictly followed with all tools, brushes and products sanitized between clients.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
The 50% deposit is non-refundable if you remove or cancel services booked. If rescheduling is necessary due to illness, emergency or unforeseen events, the deposit may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION
Client understands and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
